When you look at the patches list, itâs clear all GM sounds are there, so it definitely supports GM according to that logo. There must be a mistake in overview on official web page.
Besides there are other sound variations so it can be even near to Roland GS, I didnât do detailed comparison.
For this would be necessary to have detailed MIDI specification, which is missing in the Ownerâs Manual. Unbelievable.
And that statement on official web page I wouldnât call a good customer support as well. They should be ashamed for this. I wouldnât purchase such instrument with non existent support...
The PC Suite software is actually not available. The material in the manual regarding this is outdated and something we are in the process of updating.. Apologies for any confusion.
As such there is no way to transfer user data files to/from a computer directly. You can of course still connect to a Mac/PC via USB and send/receive MIDI but no data saving/loading options via USB cable exist. The only means to store/recall user data externally is via SD card (KA110 model only).

Post by ***@yahoo.com [KurzList]Yes, I'be been doing a lot of research online about that, and it is very confusing.. In the website it says it does not support General MIDI but there is a GM logo on the arranger itself so normally I would assume that the arranger does support general MIDI.. When I read the manual, it says it require a software call PC Suite in order to connect to the PC, since Kurzweil never release it, then is there no other way to connect to PC? I don't really know, since I just bought it and it is very confusing. Some source says it supports but some says it does not, all those sources are official.
